Welcome to Power Up RV Solar. By accessing our website (www.poweruprvsolar.com) or booking our installation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment Timeline
To secure a mobile solar installation appointment, you must adhere to our standard payment structure:

• Calendar Deposit: A $250 deposit is required to place your project on our installation calendar. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be applied directly to your final project invoice.

• Pre-Install Milestone: 50% of your remaining project balance must be paid three (3) to four (4) weeks prior to your scheduled installation date to secure components and hardware.

• Final Balance: The remaining account balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation work.

2. Customer Accuracy & Vehicle Specifications
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted via our consultation forms—including RV make, model, year, and shore power configurations—is completely accurate. Changes to vehicle configurations or inaccurate specifications provided by the customer may result in project delays, changes to the scope of work, or additional equipment fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Because we operate as a mobile unit with a strictly managed travel schedule, changes to appointments impact our route heavily.

• The initial $250 calendar deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If you need to reschedule, you must provide written notice as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to fit you into our upcoming travel schedule, but exact availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Limitation of Liability
Power Up RV Solar prides itself on neat, efficient, and cost-effective work. However, by booking our services, you acknowledge that solar installations involve structural modifications (such as roof mounting) and complex electrical integration into your specific vehicle. Power Up RV Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any system failures resulting from preexisting factory wiring defects, component degradation over time, or subsequent alterations made by third parties.

All content on this website—including images, high-resolution logos, layout designs, and text descriptions—is the property of Power Up RV Solar and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any media from this site without express written permission.
